Product Description
We take care to describe and display our jewellery as accurately as possible.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will contact you before processing if this affects your order
Orders & Availability
Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or refund.
Returns & Exchanges – Ready-to-Wear Showcase Items (30 Days)
If you purchase a ready-to-wear item from our showcase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase/receipt provided that:
- the item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
- it is returned with original packaging, certificates (if applicable), and proof of purchase
- it has not been altered, resized, engraved, or repaired by a third party
- Non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons: earrings for pierced ears (unless faulty).
We will process eligible refunds to the original payment method once the item is inspected.
This 30-day policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
Bespoke / Made-to-Order Jewellery (No Returns – Exchange Only)
For bespoke, custom-made, or made-to-order jewellery (including items made to your specifications, resized/altered to order, or engraved), we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
However, we may offer an exchange (store credit or exchange against another item) at our discretion, subject to inspection and agreement of value. Any difference in price must be paid.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty
(This reflects the UK “custom-made/personalised goods” exception for cancellation rights on distance/off-premises contracts.)
Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights. If an item is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the short-term right to reject within 30 days in certain cases.
Resizing, Alterations & Repairs
If you request resizing, engraving or alterations, this may affect eligibility for returns (see sections 5–6). Any work carried out by third parties may void warranties and limit what we can do to help.
Delivery & Collection (If Applicable)
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery/collection. Please check items on receipt and notify us promptly of any issues.
Cancellations for Online/Distance Orders (Where Applicable)
Where the law applies, consumers generally have a 14-day right to cancel distance/off-premises purchases, except for bespoke/customised goods (see section 6).
Liability
We are not responsible for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude liability where unlawful to do so.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
